Subcontractor
We use carefully selected external service providers ("subcontractors") to provide our services. These process personal data exclusively on our behalf, in accordance with our documented instructions and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular Art. 28 GDPR.
Contractual agreements on order processing (AVV/DPA) are in place with all subcontractors, which comply with the legal requirements.
This list is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
