Meet the people behind the success and progress of appleute.

Our Story

We have 12 employees who work primarily remotely in Germany and India, and we are intentionally growing our revenue faster than our headcount. The Talent density This is important to us: We'd rather work with four very smart, highly motivated people than with ten, only three of whom actually solve the problem.

Development: Aravindan is responsible for this area, along with our developers and the QA team. Marketing: Rushil and Akhiljit lead our SEO, SEA, content, and ABM campaigns. Human Resources & Finance: Tushar and Kathrin. Sales & Product Management: Kathrin, Tushar, and Marc.

We organize the team around products: Typically, you’ll work on a single product and do everything you can to ensure its users love us. Everyone who develops here is a product developer—whether front-end, back-end, or infrastructure: Whatever the product needs, you’ll optimize it for the user experience.

We founded our German branch in 2020 and have focused on complex applications from the very beginning. We’ve financed ourselves from our own resources since day one; our vision was to be sustainable from the very start, and through consistent implementation and improvement of our processes, we’ve built up the cash flow that allows us to expand our team. Our growth is organic, and although many of our clients rely on external financing, raising capital simply doesn’t fit our business model.
