01 About the project

For the Atrium art school in Berlin, we have developed a booking system that takes scheduling and administration to a new level. With functions for course management and reporting, the platform optimizes everyday school life and allows teachers and administrators to focus on the essentials: the creative education of the students.

02 About the requirements

The Atrium art school needed a tailor-made solution to digitize its manual booking system and simplify the administration process. The platform needed to be user-friendly, run on different devices and browsers and comply with accessibility standards.

03 About the solution

Our team developed a flexible solution with React and Next.js in the frontend and a NestJS backend, supported by MySQL and hosted on OVHCloud. Through extensive compatibility testing and the integration of accessible design standards, the system offers an intuitive user interface that is optimized for up to 10,000 users. A powerful tool that makes administration more efficient and easier for the Atrium art school in Berlin.
